We have used 1800Flowers many times and what gets delivered has always exceeded the pictures. I had a miniture rose bush in a silver container sent to me from there and it arrived a little beat up. i called them and they said to try to save it and they would send another free of charge. The 2nd one arrived the next day! They are awesome. |
