Ohhhh, i feel your pain! BF is the same way.
I am so un-creative when it comes to cooking. I started using my crockpot and its been a hit with the BF.
A couple of weeks ago i put two chicken breasts and some BBQ sauce in the crockpot on low all day while I was at work, come home and its done. So extremely simple and BF loved it! The chicken is so nice and tender. Cooked up some veggies and rice to go along with it.
