As a few of you already know I have been wanting to make Annika a birthday dress this year to make up for last year not having the time to do one for her . . . .well I came down with a very bad flu the week of her birthday so not only did I not finish the dress, I had to cancell her birthday party . . .but by the time I have recovered from the flu, I had a huge backlog to make on holiday dresses that required my immediate attention . . .

Well I am so excited as I finally finished her birthday dress and will soon be trying it out on her . . . I aboslutely love the fabric because it can be both a birthday dress as well as a special one that can be worn throughout the season . . .even the caption is very meaningful "It's a treat . . . a day so sweet" because that is what she is to me . . every day since she came into my life.

I know many of you feel the same way about your furbabies so I am making this dress available as well for everyone who wants one. You can have it personalized (like I did) or just have it as "a day so sweet" . . . It also comes in an aqua print that is just as adorable . Another option is a green tulle in place of the white scalloped underlay for those who are huge fans of the tulle underlay.
