Yes, it is possible that the female could have been bred by both males when left together overnite. And it is possible that you did not notice the exact day your dog came into her season and your count could be off a day or 2, therefore resulting in the possibility of her being bred overnite. DNA will have to be done to determine the sire of each puppy if you are intending to register the puppies. The dam and both sires and all puppies will have to be DNA'd.
