Belly bands are little bands of fabric that velcro around your dog's belly, covering his area. You stick like a maxi-pad or something absorbent in there. It's basically a diaper for boys. That'll save you from his marking.
Just do a search on YT and you'll find several members who offer them for reasonable prices.
