This is my semi healthy throw together dinner.
Cut up chicken to bite size pieces
In a frying pan add olive oil and a small bit of butter
Fry the chicken
in a small skillet put olive oil and little butter and saute some veggies, ( I use yellow squash, onions, pea pods, zuccini, mushrooms)
Boil water for pasta (any kind, I use bow ties for the boys)
when everything is cooked mix all together.
