I suffer from sinus trouble. My head gets really clogged and I some days have a really hard time concentrating and it hurts when I try to focus my eyes on anything. 2 weeks ago I woke up with a really bad pain in my right temple and it proceeded to the whole top and front over the next 3 days. I sometimes get really nauesous (sp) as well. This time of year is really bad for me. I was trying to get off of zyrtec, but wound up back on it when I had that last issue. For me it comes on suddenly sometimes, I am fine in the am and throughout the day it hits me.
