hello, i have just gotten a new seven week old yorkie puppy. my husband and i both work full time (8 to 5) and we are crate training our puppy so that he learns to use the restroom outside and is safe in the house when we aren't able to supervise him. i've read that a yorkie puppy can only hold his bladder for so long (as many hours as his months in age), but i am only able to come home for lunch to let him outside to use the restroom. he seems to be doing okay adjusting to the crate (we have only had him for three days) (does not pee in his crate and is starting to use the restroom outside) but is he too young to be crate trained/in a crate for this long (e.g., 4 hours)?
