Don't you have the pressure of having to cook. It kills me always having to think up things to be creative.
I like to bake a whole chicken in the oven...nice and juicy. Simple too. I usually accompany it with some scalloped potatos, gravy, corn and any other veggie I can think of. Of course I also need to make some white rice...my son loves him some white rice.
