Poor little guy. My advise is to take it slow with introducing new people or places. Given time he should out grow most of it but he has very little trust in people and first he must learn to trust you. It will be a very slow process and under no circumstances should it be rushed or you might have a fear biter. They do learn to trust again but first must become comfortable at your house.
