Timmy is my new dog. He was in a kennel for most of his life before I got him. He's 3 years old and it's obvious that he hasn't been around people. He runs away and cowers anytime someone comes near.
He's used to me, but even still when i go to pick him up he cowers like he is afraid. Is there any hope of him growing out of this phase and enjoying people. And if so, any tips on how I can help him.
