I wouldnt have paid to begin with. I would of got my dogs stuck the dog-sitters the rod and left. What were they gonna do report you, you need to report them and you should of taken pictures of the beds right then and there at the vet's place for evidence. Please tell your vet what happened and if he cant compensate you for this "unnecessary" behavior by his staff then tell him your gonna report. (I would report anyway)
