aw thats sad that there is nothing the neurologist can do. i am however thrilled to hear that you are getting him a wheelchair and sticking it out, bladder control or not! i see this sad story too many times where the outcome is not the same as yours, its worse for the dog.

we are all here for you if you have questions. i hope he takes to the cart quickly.
