I can't believe how CUTE she is!!! Tiah's first heat was then also. Small breeds mature MUCH quicker than large breeds (though it still varies and some won't have their first heat until 1.5 years....you never know...just like humans). Sure can't blame your husband for his kissing preferences! LOL!
