Well when i had my Bailey spayed, the vet kept her overnight for observation so i was going even more crazy than you probably are right now. It was the first time ever being away from her. Well when i picked her up the following afternoon she was very groggy and all she wanted to do was sleep. She would whine from time to time but for the most part all she wanted to do was snuggle. Just try to keep ur baby as comfortable as possible and no jumping/running. By the next day she was like her old self again and i swore she was going to pop a stitch but she turned out to be just fine. As for the onesies, my vet sent Bailey home in a little sock type thing to keep her from getting to her stitches but she never even tried to get at them at all. We worry so much about them but they're really very strong. Hope everything works out well for you. |
