My friend was telling me that when a person is Obese that it is almost impossible for them to lose weight,because when you get like 400 lbs your metabolsism almost shuts down.
Matt was teling me last night that his friend Brian has lost like 34 pounds since he started working. I think Brian is a little over 300.
That is so sad about the 5 year old.
I pray that they can get a handle on it while she is young. I think it must be genetic?
