 Orijen...good/bad?
I am trying to find a dog food that Brewser likes and finally found Orijen at a store here so I got a sample and was going to try it. I went to the vet to have a check up and brought along the Orijen label and my vet said that I need to be very careful with feeding it b/c it can "fry their liver" because of the high protein(45%). I thought since dogs are naturally meat eaters, high protein would be natural in their diet. Has anyone had problems with a high protein diet or have fed Orijen with any problems? |
