I didn't look at what stat you are from, but almost all states have puppy "lemon" laws. So, whether he says that or not.... he can't sell you a sick puppy and expect you to just deal w/ it. Heck, he might have even read this thread. Anyway, check the laws in your state, some are better than others... but most have some buyer protection! Good luck!
Oh, btw, why would he sell w/ limited reg. if he was going to let you breed them w/ his studs? weird deal if you ask me? and I agree w/ the person... the dog you gave them wasn't w/ limited... it isn't like you are a reg. customer! |
