Just one item to mention and that is choice of anesthetic. I don't know the official brand/medical name but basically there are two that he vets use. The regular and then the special one which costs more money and is easier on the dogs. Make sure you get the special one.

Most vets offices do not have someone there overnight unless it is an actual vet hospital. I refuse to leave my dogs overnight unattended. I would insist that she be done in the early a.m. so that she can be released just before closing in the afternoon. I also insist that I be with the dog from the moment they come out of surgery. My vet isn't very happy about that because it means I am in the clinic part of the vet's office but being as how I'm the one paying and it's my dog then it's my rules. I have them place her on a bed on the floor where I can sit beside her/him while they are waking up. I made the mistake once of not being with them (my first yorkie) and she was terrified when she woke up.

I would wait until she can have her teeth done at the same time.
