Sorry about that guys! I didn't realize I had responses until now. When I talk to her tomorrow, I will definitely ask if I can get the healing balm on Etsy. Also, she just put PayPal on her website, so you might want to try again to see if it will work. As for the error page .. I'm not sure why that's happening -- I will let her know about it, and she'll have to call her web designer who lives all the way in WA.

The doggie shampoo is pretty nice, it lathers up really well. However, it isn't very moisturizing - which you can't really expect it to be since it is soap. I just use conditioner with it and its wonderful. It doesn't have any scent to it, but I rather like it.

Also -- you can call her to make an order. She will take your credit card number over the phone, but if you only shop by PayPal, I would suggest Etsy or the website. She said that she's already had a couple of orders since putting her PayPal buttons on there. Anyway, I will leave an update once I hear back from her.
