I have looked back at the money I have spent trying to finish Deuce and I am covinced that a handler is cheaper. I have been showing him for 1 1/2 and I still need 2 singles. I don't know about the competition in other areas of the country but, here in the South, the show rings are full of beautiful dogs. I showed for Ann Hearn last year in Hampton, VA and she stood in the middle of the ring and told us that the she was having a hard time choosing because all the dogs in that Open class were beautiful and deserved the points.[/QUOTE]

I know what your saying, I used to show schnauzers 20 years ago, and went straight to a handler after 2 pts, with my first champion...lol. Now, I may try my hand, but am definately in support of using a handler if need be. Hopefully, there will be interest from a handler when the time comes...
