Hey Melaine...first off welcome to YT.
When I had Lulu spayed I never saw any of that and she was the same size as your baby Roxi. I would definitely speak to the vet becuase she might be having a side effect of the anesthesia or maybe a reaction to the pain meds that they give them for after the surgery.
