When Joj-Gee was a baby and then our toy fox terrier we used fake grass in a big kitty litter box that we cut the sides down on (so they could get in easy). Worked fantastic!!! Also very easy to clean and disinfect. At first we put the puppy pads in under the fake grass that had attractant smell, but after they got the hang of it, no more pads.
