Yes, you can see what their feedback is by clicking on the bidders name. A screen should pop up that shows the bidders profile and will include feedback they were left as a seller or buyer.
I don't know why it's not showing for you that a bid has been placed. When I brought the auction up it does show 1 bid currently for your listing price. Maybe you need to refresh the page?
