I am so sorry! The first thing I would do is call the vet and ask if the vet tech can show you how to do it again. They shouldn't even charge you for that, I wouldn't think. ( I would ask on the phone to be sure though.)
It's understandable that you were upset and worried and didn't get it the first time.
Then, I would see if I could find a dog walker service or daycare that he could stay with while you are in school who could help you with this.
I know some of our members have dealt with the wheelchair issue, and can give you good advice. Just give them time to find you.

Side note: I would also ask the person who bred him what the heck happened, and see if they can help you out in some way.
