The double rows of teeth cause this; food gets trapped in the nooks and crannies. It's best to have milk teeth pulled when dog get neutered. This is not puppy breath, puppy breath smell good and clean. This is nasty.
I just read that he's 8 weeks old, now I'm confused, I thought he was older.
