Truthfully, I think that these "kids" should really be watched and not taken so lightly with such a light sentence. They are predators just waiting for another victim, whether it be animal, or sadly next time, a human. I believe if that kind of violence is in you then it's never going to leave, and such a slap on the hands is just a joke. Don't know how anyone in their right mind could do such terrible things...
