I don't have the Jeep Wrangler, but I do have the Happy Trails and the dimensions are the same. Personally, I wouldn't think the Wrangler would be comfortable for 3. I put two in my Happy Trails, one 6.5# and one 4#, and if they want to lay down, it's a little cramped.
