You dont understand. I have no problem taking him out in the rain, the problem is he HAS NEVER FOR SIX MONTHS BEEN WALKED ON A LEASH. So I went out and got him a harness and a leash, and he just sits there, he won't move. And FYI - I own a raincoat.
