I had the same problem. Now I give Vitakraft yogurt drops. They look like a chocolate chip only white, and smell like vanilla ice cream. I've been tempted to try one myself!!
The dogs LOVE them!! They come in a little "Pringles-like" can, and when I shake it they all come running. They love them so much that I always use it for a special treat after baths or grooming, or anything I know they don't like to do.
I usually give them 2 at a time (the package says 5-6 a day) and they sit around me eagerly waiting for the second one. For Dublin I break them in half so he thinks he's in on the full rotation!
