i wouldn't want her jumping if she were mine and in that condition. for her safety and the safety of the unborn i'd put her somewhere she can't jump out of. Either a separate room, her own expen or a large crate. Or have you tried making the gate higher with plywood or something?
does she just fly over it or does she climb up and over? if she's a climber you can purchase a gate without holds to climb up on.
