I wish I had a better answer for you. We used references (friends, relatives, and their friends and relatives) to find our breeder. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't have ever found Coby, because our breeder doesn't advertise very much - uses mostly referrals.

I also asked at the vets. They know the "healthy" yorkies that they see and often know who the breeders are.
