No, Caden would not be too big for a pet stroller. They actually make them to carry up to 70#s.
Some strollers have a tether inside that you can attach to their harness, and some strollers don't.
Does Caden have claws? If so, make sure to buy a very good quality stroller so that he cannot tear the mesh. The cheaper strollers use a very thin mesh.This site gives a lot of good detail about strollers.
