Apparently since the Bully stick is an animal product it gets bacteria on it when it gets wet from their saliva and it can be very dangerous.....

Oh MY Gosh!!!! Thank You!!! I am so happy your babies are ok but sad they had to go through that. I am so glad i got on today and saw this and it makes so much sense. Ollie will be lost with out his bullies!!!! He has no interest in the nylon bones but i am going to look for the dehydrated chicken strips!!! THANKS AGAIN!!
