I have a 16 month old that has been with me for about 2 months. He stays in a crate during the day while im working, and is really good about it. When I get home I take him out and he does well BUT in between times I take him out it is not unusual for me to find he has peed on one of my carpets!!! I use enzime cleaner, but he really doesnt seem to pick a spot he just pees randomly.. But he can stay in his crate up to 9 hours and will not do anything in there. I have seen a lot about belly bands here, but have never heard of them . Cooper is fixed but the first male dog I have ever owned. Do the belly bands persuade them to not pee in the house? Do you take them off just when they are going outside? Do they actually help in training ?
