OMG, I am so, so, so sorry to hear of your loss. My heart goes out to you and I pray you find some sort of peace and a way to deal with this. It isn't your fault though, please don't beat yourself up over it, you were trying to do the responsible thing. Sometimes bad things just happen and it's beyond anyones control. I know nothing anyone says is going to make you feel any better, but please know my heart and prayers are going out to you....
