Try not to let her get out of the box, if one starts coming you definitely want her to be in there. She's definitely having contractions, and they don't ALWAYS throw their head back when they have them. Throwing up usually happens right before the puppies start coming. Keep watching her VERY closely.
Have you seen a water sack? Try to keep her laying down as much as you can, even if you have to keep rubbing her to keep her calm. After she has a contraction lift up her leg and see if there's a bubble crowning.
