When my friends cocker spaniel went into her first heat she was panting alot especially at night. She was also overly excited and pacing alot. Her vulva wa swollen for a couple of days before at least that we noticed we thought she had a growth. (lol) But anyways she also had a stinch to her we bathed and bathed her and it wouldn't go away. It lasted for about a month or so. We brought her disposable diapers for when she was in the house. This seemed to work better than the sanitary undergarments. Thi was my firs experience with a female in heat and believe me it wasn't to fun. |
