I DID have a dog I named Jaws - I was about 13 or 14 when I told my mom this dog followed me home
-- hmmm she knew I coaxed this wondering dog to our house, but he ended up being ours. I named him Jaws & that is what I called for more than a decade -- but everyone else in my family called him Duke
--- poor guy had 2 names -- he did answer to 2 names though
-- smart boy!
So maybe you're new cutie can have 2 names - you can chose your name & your daughter can call him Jasper
