No, it doesn't mean they would be worth less than one purchased at the store. It's just that if you really want to sell them your chances are better if they are discounted somewhat, at least that has been my experience in reselling. Unless it is a bag that is a particularly popular style that is hard to find, then you could probably charge the full retail or a little less to compensate for S&H.
