I'm so sorry. You are in my prayers. I can't imagine how much you are hurting right now.

As hard as it may be, try not to beat yourself up about it. You did the right thing...it just went wrong. It wasn't your fault...you were doing what any responsible pet owner does. I always feel bad for people when they lose their babies of course, but this thread really hit me in the heart. I wish there was something I could say or do to help you.
