This is the only escrow service eBay uses for service.

I do know...the buyer receives the item and then informs the escrow company if they "accept" it or not. If not it's returned to the seller at the buyer's expense. If it is accepted the escrow company mails you a check within 5 days. Usually the fees charged are paid by the buyer.
I have never used it to sell a puppy...
