When I put Zoey on the Z/D I stopped giving her any treats at all. Actually the only thing she eats is the Z/D. The Dr.s thinking was that she was allergic to either the protein source or the cornmeal. Z/D is supposed to be formulated so that threre is nothing in the food that she could have a allergic reaction to. So much for that theory.
