Just make a regular box mix of brownies. Put half in the pan and layer chocolate bars on top and then pour the rest of the mix on top. Bake as directed on box. I have tried several types of choc bars...some with almonds, some with toffee pieces, regular choc. and my daughter made some with a package of toffee bits in the middle....all are good.
