I'd put water on her back in the same spot. If she does that after you put the water on her, she is just being silly. If she doesn't react to the water, she needs to come off the product immediately. All flea and tick medication (except Program/Sentinel) is toxic. It can cause very severe side effects and she could really be burning or irritated from it. I think it could also make her very itchy. Please make sure she isn't allergic.
