But also make really sure that you are adequately rewarding for going where you want. I mean like make it so much FUN that pooping in the house just isn't nearly as much fun. Many of us will tell you that the neighbors think we're crazy juming around and having a potty party along with the treats.
One YT'er told the story of how she went out every morning in her robe and jumped and hopped around hooping and hollering. Dogs just LOVE that.
Coby and Reggie our outdoor and potty pad trained. For both of them, if they go on the pad without our seeing it, they come and TELL us that they just went in order to get their fun jumping around and their treat. Reggie has trained us to do this for the last 11 years!!
