okay got it...and i read on a blog that the 'year of the dragon' was 2001...the next is 2012 so Jin's part took place in 2001, which makes sense bc he said he was only married for 2 months (to Sun)
AND i also read that the date of his death was the same that the plane crashed? did anyone else get that?? idk how true that part is but just thought i would throw it out there
