Once they pee on something, they are attracted to that same spot over and over. You'll need an enzyme cleaner to fully get all the urine proteins out. Nature's Miracle or something similar works well. Joey seemed to like washable pee pads a lot better than disposable ones. He did much better once I switched to washable pee pads. Four months is still considered pretty young for a Yorkie. Seems like you get them trained and they have little setbacks, teething etc. Welcome to Yorkietalk.
One more thing, quit hand feeding her. She will eat when she's hungry enough.
