My lil Austin LOVES car rides, and is very aware of where he is - everywhere we go! He loves his vet and anytime we are near his office, he just starts wiggling and giving me kisses. The cutest thing he does is when I take him along to pick up fast food. I order what I want and as soon as I tell the drive thru window people "and thats all", he lets out a single *bark*. Its as if he is telling them what he wants as well.
He also loves it when we have to stop at a railroad crossing and wait for a train to pass. He can hear trains from our house, but never knew what they were until we had to wait for it to pass one day. You could tell a little light went off in his head when he finally got to see the train. Now when he hears a train coming, he gets so excited and looks for his harness and leash-and if he can get to one he will bring it to me and BEG to go for a car ride!
