 Anxious Yorkie
Hi, I am new to this forum and hope someone can help me with my little guy. He is 8 yrs old and I have had him since he was a puppy. He spends a lot of time with me, and I love him to death. During the day he is his usual playful and sweet self, but for the last month or so, when we go to bed (he sleeps on my bed) he shakes and pants like crazy. I try to comfort him and he climbs on my face. He doesn't settle the whole night. I have tried Rescue Remedy and Lavander, but they don't really help. I have gone to bed with the lights on, but it hasn't made any difference. I don't think he is sick, because he is totally normal during the day. I talked to my vet and there they suggested talking to an animal behaviourist; she didn't have much to say. HELP!!! |
